Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your glass item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at informationnow@tracystephen.club within 15 days of receiving the item. Include clear photos of the damaged or defective product, and our team will assist you in arranging a return or exchange.
2. Change of Mind: If you decide that the glass piece does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Please contact us at informationnow@tracystephen.club to initiate the return process.

Return and Exchange Process:

1. Contact Us: Initiate the return or exchange process by sending an email to informationnow@tracystephen.club. Clearly state the reason for the return and provide relevant details such as your order number and contact information.
2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps. Returns or exchanges are subject to approval based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
3. Shipping: For approved returns, you will be provided with a return shipping address. Please securely package the item, including all original packaging, and send it to the provided address.
4. Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. For approved returns, you will receive a refund for the purchase price. Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item will be dispatched.

• Tracy Stephen is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 3 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges.
